YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

Data Deletion

Everyone’s Packed does not require a conventional account, but you can still leave a household, delete it for everyone, or erase local-only data.
Last updated July 30, 2026

Delete a household

Open Everyone’s Packed on the owner device.
Open Settings, then find Your packing data.
Choose Delete household and confirm Delete for everyone.
This permanently removes the active cloud lists, trips, templates, device grants, invitations, and recovery material for the household. Connected devices are disconnected and told to clear their downloaded shared copy. This cannot be undone.

Leave without deleting the household

On a non-owner device, open Settings and choose Leave household. That device’s grant is revoked and its downloaded shared library is cleared. Everyone else keeps the household.

Erase local-only data

If the device is not connected to a household, open Settings and choose Erase data on this device. Local lists and the saved trip draft are removed. Your language choice and storefront transaction history are not deleted.

Request deletion without the app

Email us using the link below. Because households do not use identifying accounts, we must verify control without exposing another household’s private data. We will explain a safe verification step. Do not email a device credential, invitation token, or recovery secret unless we provide a purpose-built secure process.

What may remain

Deleting a household does not request an Apple App Store or Google Play refund. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and we may retain transaction records needed for restore, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. Limited operational logs and support correspondence are retained for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
