A PACKING LIST THAT ACTUALLY STAYS SHARED

Everyone opens the same trip.

Invite the family instead of sending another screenshot. Items, assignments, and checks update while everyone packs.

Add every traveler, connect up to 12 trusted devices, and keep the latest trip in front of everyone.

Changes appear on every device

Every connected device opens the same trip. When one person adds, edits, assigns, or checks an item, everyone sees the updated list.

Bring the whole travel group

The household is not hard-coded to a couple. Add adults, children, babies, grandparents, caregivers, and pets as travelers, and connect up to 12 trusted phones, tablets, or browsers.
People do not need devices. A toddler can be the person a swimsuit is for while a parent remains responsible for packing it.

Responsibility without permanent clutter

Assignment controls stay optional. Families that want one shared pool can leave every item unassigned; families dividing the work can make ownership explicit.

For

The traveler who needs or will use the item.

Packed by

The person responsible for packing, buying, or preparing it.

Join through a private invitation

A short-lived link or QR code connects a trusted device. There is no searchable household directory and no email or password registration. The owner can name, review, disconnect, and recover devices.

Share a copy when someone cannot join

Someone who cannot join the household can still receive formatted text or a PDF. A paper checklist works well for children, grandparents, or the final walk through the house.
Questions people ask

Can three or more people share a packing list?

Yes. Everyone’s Packed supports multiple household people and up to 12 connected devices; it is not limited to two users.

Can different family members use different platforms?

Yes. The product is designed for iPhone, iPad, Android, and current web browsers in the same household.

Can a child be on the trip without having the app?

Yes. Household people and connected devices are separate. A person can be a traveler and receive item assignments without owning a device.

Can guests see every public profile or trip?

No. There are no public profiles or discoverable trips. A connected device receives access to the private household it was invited to.

Give everyone a place to help.

Create the trip, invite the household, and let one shared list replace the follow-up questions.
